Supporting thoughtful, sustainable personal change
Hi, I’m Laura, a registered integrative therapist, trained within the NHS Kent & Medway Social Partnership Trust. I offer a compassionate, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
As an integrative counsellor, I work relationally and draw from psychodynamic, existential, cognitive and humanistic approaches to support meaningful personal growth, emotional resilience, and self-understanding.
People often come to counselling for many different reasons. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low in mood, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. You might be struggling with relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, identity, or a sense that something doesn’t feel quite right. Whatever brings you here, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface.
If you’re new to therapy, reaching out can feel like a big step — and it’s a positive one. If you’re returning to therapy, recognising that you need support again is something to acknowledge and respect. Either way, you don’t have to figure things out alone.
I work flexibly, offering therapy sessions both online and in person at my private practice near Albany Park Station in Bexley. To help you decide whether we’re a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to talk through what you’re looking for and see how it feels to work together before committing further.
Together, we can explore what has brought you to counselling and work towards greater clarity, balance, and emotional wellbeing.
"Growth occurs when individuals confront problems, struggle to master them, and through that struggle develop new aspects of their skills, capacities, views about life."
