Both formats are meaningful, effective & equally worthwhile, whether you choose to attend in-person in a warm and welcoming therapy room or online from the comfort & convenience of your own surroundings.
For those who wish to attend in-person, my therapy room is located near Albany Park Station, Bexley, with ample parking locally.
